Where got fully sold? Passed by daily with its banner still hanging along the roads and a super big one on its own building (this banner macam recently re-new)

You bought or aiming? If bought, then dont worry too much and just be happy with it when its VP. No point to overthink by now.

I think 99% new projects' agent will also say its almost fully booked, even on the 1st week itself (some worst, even 1st day also will say fully booked). Again, BOOKED is not SOLD, agencies used to book the unit and then only sell to individuals, so in fact, they are not wrong also

As others quoted, Bandar Malaysia cancelled, so don't think it can be for any investment purposes for this moment. Of coz anytime your lovely gov can relaunch the project.

For own stay, consider in all ur factors, i.e. location, convenient, where u work, schools and etc., if it matched ur criteria, then it should be a good deal for you.

I went to their gallery 2 years ago, most of the thing seems okay, price also okay... but density is my concern..

Another point, u can refer to another thread - OUG Parklane, during its VP and for the first few years, many people say its a high dense, bad & no-no overall. But recently, most of the things seems to be good and there are people that gain from it.

As many said before, when its VP till few years ago, its a no-no project. However, many owners/investors managed to gain from these project in the recent years. U can see at the project's thread, or even other platform, its no longer a losing project.


Confirm Bandar Malaysia will revive, but dunno when only. So it u got the power to hold RC, u have the chance

Err... hello.... RC vs 1 Razak vs Pandamas (Pandanmas) is not apple to apple la. Its totally apple vs orange vs banana.... RC is bebas unit, Pandanmas is Rumahwip, 1 Razak is kind of a ganti rugi unit..

Really wan apple to apple then take.. Damai Residences (seems like gonna VP soon) or Pixel (slightly further)

Saw many shops below hang up signage... and also banner... which some deteriorated the building image... within few months after VP...
The banner with buy FON here is super ugly...
