Went there few weeks ago, i think most shops already occupied, some are actually offices non retail. Quiet one are those behind of Black color and behind of Green color ( dont know what is block name) … the rest pretty decently occupied.

I think compared to RC, Parklane considered as 5 different service apartments at one area (different facilities for each and cannot access others, heard their management also different), Orange (3 blocks) and Black (2 blocks) separated by one main road, Black and Green separated by one big park and roads… RC similar concept but much closer than each others (one small road separation between buildings) and higher dense.

The price was right almost a rumahwip price, got bus stop to mrt, why not?

I am not quite sure too. Some of the comments said it was in common area and the others said lowest floor unit have this big size balcony. Might need more insights from RC residents
