Business is just so-so only, shop owners occupy most parking lots so it looks empty most of the time.
Businesses that are good for fast-food, mamaks, kopitiams, parcel shops, laundry shops, convenience stores, and appointment basis businesses.

Recently, ZUS Coffee and Mixue opened at OUG Parklane.

Walkable, despite the pedestrian walkway being a bit tight due to motorcycles parking on top of the pedestrian walkway.
Most people can manage to cross the road despite it being busy.
Now with the GOKL free bus stop right beside Block E, many residents were seen using the bus to go to the LRT station/Pavilion Bukit Jalil.
