Mostly leasehold land around. Ini should be leasehold land.
Looking at the description macam design maybe also almost same same duplicate from oug parklane. 1 size fit all kisiao Service apartment with Jialat facility.
Another eyesore for city skyline. But should be super bbb for early phase. Geng!!!

An underground link to the proposed Bandar Malaysia MRT station maybe. BTW, Why there are two Chinese Schools near to each other here? And there are so many place of workship, Church, tamil temples, Chinese Temple, Gurdwara in this surrounding area.
