"KUALA LUMPUR - A 40-year-old woman tragically lost her life after falling from the 21st floor of an apartment in Sungai Besi today.

Cheras district police chief Assistant Commissioner Zam Halim Jamaluddin reported that the police received information regarding the incident at 9.30pm.

"A team of investigators from the Salak Selatan police station immediately responded to the scene and discovered a woman lying on the sidewalk of Block C Razak City Residence.

"The victim was confirmed to have passed away at the scene by a medical officer.

"Statements are currently being recorded from the victim's next-of-kin and witnesses at the scene to assist in the investigation," he told Sinar Daily.

The body has been sent to Hospital Canselor Tuanku Mukhriz UKM (HUKM) for the post-mortem process."

Ramai tak tahu PM dah tebus tanah ‘airport’ Sungai Besi, jadikan rizab orang Melayu


Presiden AMANAH, Datuk Seri Mohamad Sabu mendedahkan terdapat usaha dilakukan Perdana Menteri untuk menebus kembali tanah bekas Lapangan Terbang Sungai Besi, untuk dijadikan kawasan rizab orang Melayu.

Lapangan terbang yang dahulunya dijadikan pangkalan Tentera Udara Diraja Malaysia (TUDM) itu ditutup pada 2018.

Tanah itu sebelum ini diwartakan sebagai kawasan pembangunan.

Namun kata Mohamad, ramai tidak tahu bahawa Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim telah membawa isu tersebut ke Kabinet supaya 50 ekar tanah bekas ‘airport’ itu diwartakan sebagai tanah rizab orang Melayu.
