Anybody has any info regarding the plan to build an access from BSC straight to Guthrie Highway bypassing the Jalan Kuala Selangor? Is it true or just a rumours? If its true, when is the expected completion?

Does anyone know for that is there still available unit for Hampton single storey bungalow at BSC? I know there are planning for next phase. But prefer Hampton design.
