Yup, I was interested and really like single-storey Hampton design compared to the current phase Walden design, particularly since the Walden has a master-bedroom that faces inward/against a wall.

Unfortunately I checked last week and is fully sold out. Only available is double-storey semi-D (3 units remaining i believe) going for around RM1.6 or RM1.8million before HOC discounts.

Hampton bungalows are all sold out. Only 2 units semiD still available which have a much bigger land area compared to most of the single storey bungalow land area. Might be suitable for someone with kids so that they have an outdoor space to playaround or for someone with interest in outdoor landscaping i.e pond, gazebo, pool, etc.

Other option is to wait for Hampton phase 2 😂. Most probably will start in 2023 after Walden phase 1 completes. But not sure if the house design would be the same as phase 1 design or not.

I think the avalaible 2 units semiD selling price should be in the range of RM1.6mil ~ RM1.8mil. Both with larger land area compare to other standard semiD units. If interested can PM me and i'll ask my SA for more info.

Hi there,

I am buying a unit at Hemingway and would like to ask a few questions for those who are buying properties at BSC or already living there.

1. I work at Sentral so I am not sure how difficult or far would be for me to get there.
2. What is the area like? Does it feel safe?

Signing SPA soon so any advice would be great.

Hi..KL Sentral?

If you drive and go out by 630am..you can arrive at KL Sentral less than 30 minutes via Jln Kuala Selangor thru NKVE or Duke2. Alternative routes are Latar - NKVE or Guthrie Highway + NKVE.

If go out between 630am-730am, might be around 30 - 45 minutes depending on the traffic condition coz that time traffic had started to built up.

Above these times during the rush hours, might take you about an hour or possibly more 🤭. During this pandemic period and a lot still WFH, less traffic on the highway. Expect heavier traffic and longer travel time when everything goes back normal. Can always use the MRT at Sg Buloh if lazy to drive in a traffic jam.

It is around 45m during non-peak hour and a little more than an hour during peak hour, depending on how smooth or bad is the jam. Slight jam to be expected when u exit from LATAR to PLUS highway, but most of the traffic is after u enter Duta toll. On weekends when I go mont kiara it takes me 35min

Hemingway is gated and guarded with actual security checking each visitor. So it’s quite safe with the new resident association set up trying to improve it. Usually people will jog in the evening or walk their dogs and kids play at the park in Hemingway.

We really like this place but were a bit worried about how difficult would be to get to and from work.

I was in your position last time. Definitely this place is far but it’s access to LATAR highway really helps a lot. The biggest problem every morning is still the jam within KL. I used to stay in Old Klang Road and thank god I no longer need to go through the massive jam there. Then I compare with houses with better location such as Damansara Uptown are more expensive by 50% maybe 1.2M and very old and not safe. In terms of cost v location v safety v renovation cost, it was easy to choose Hemingway

Nice. Heard that AEON and Petronas with drive thru McD might come in as well. This place will surely become better when the direct access road from within the township to Guthrie Hwy and Latar Hwy are ready in the next few years.
