With the VP of Hemingway and Hampton in the near future, occupancy will continue to improve and hopefully amenities will follow suit. They've already lit up the central park in recent years. I'm hoping that they will do more to improve the entrance and replace all the street lamps with LED lamps. Like you said, we can benefit from the Eco Grandeur township development as Ecoworld is way ahead in township development and will bring in all the necessary amenities.

For me I decided to buy a unit at BSC because it is freehold and better value for money for the size that I am getting. We also considered EcoGrandeur (EG) and Elmina. I didn't want to pay the high maintenance fees at EG. EG is also leasehold and has many restrictions because of the strata title.
As for Elmina, I didn't like the fact that the Elmina parcels are not gated and guarded until residents set up their own security perimeter etc.
The fact that Ecoworld and other developers are nearby means there will be spillover effects when those townships grow. Ecoworld has better track record at developing townships, bringing in amenities etc. That means BSC residents will benefit as well since it's only a stone's throw away.
There is room for improvement for BSC as a township but if I were to choose again I will still go for BSC over EG and Elmina.
To each his own la.

BSC residents with school-going children: may I know which schools do you send your kids to? I understand that the Chinese schools at BSC and EcoGrandeur are still pending funding for construction from MOE.

Nearest townships are Sg Buloh/Rahman Putra, Puncak Alam, Setia Alam (via new access), Rawang, Kota Damansara, Subang…depends which highway or access road you take.
