hmm...where u got the news that AEON will be here ?
definitely need another McD around here, the one in PA nearby Petronas still need to queue both drive thru & counter even in this puasa month during lunch time

KLK staff told me. It was actually planned for quite a few years back but got delayed due to the pandemic. Last month, AEON reps and one of KLK's top director went for a site visit at the proposed location. Its between the BSC Central 1 and BSC Waterfront. While Petronas/McD proposed location is between the two lake behind Central Park. Lets just wait and see..

i see....but KLK not yet mark it in their master plan...definitely they also cant confirm yet, only can wait and see....
meanwhile eco grandeur already have proposed mall which already stated in their masterplan found in their sales gallery....but not sure which mall, hopefully they are not fighting for same mall

Went to see hampton , dont really like bsc township a bit remote , have to go tru a lot of traffic lights and small roads.

Try using LATAR highway and u can reach within 30min from Mont Kiara. Good thing about BSC is there are multiple routes to access so u won’t be trapped if one route is congested

Seeking for advice. I am about to the S&P and noticed a HOC document.
In the HOC document there is two price:

a) *For NON-CONTROLLED PRICE Property : Price Before Discount
b) Price After Discount (SPA Price)

The price in b) is the same amount in my Booking Form (before discount).

Question, should I be concern of the HOC document and the price in a). The price in a) is 15% higher.

price after rebate is around 700k, all units are north-south orientation
Individual title with security guard

location for this Jardin is at the north east border of BSC masterplan, will be surrounded by palm forest for quite a few years

No need to worry as long as on top of the selling price you get the 10% discount and stamp duty exemption up till 1mil of the house value.

or may go all long way to Ijok town for non-halal foods, got "green mountain" restaurant there...
