With KIP Mall coming up, more development will happen at this area. Don’t forget BSC is only 30min from mont kiara. Once jaya grocer is up in eco grandeur I’ll have another supermarket within 5min drive. Any new development such as Caledonia is welcomed

I think BSC will be an attractive choice for anyone who wants to stay here due to no social issue, freehold, large houses and Kip mall. Can visit jaya grocer anytime if the issue resolved and if not resolved, I foresee other retailers will also prefer to open shops in BSC

Eco grandeur should just apply to move jurisdiction to neighboring one that is not so taliban. The sohai letter claimed 90% of puncak alam residents muslim . but look at map, eco grandeur macam really at the border, and knowing the high keras development, can guess that the residents not 90% muslim.

agreed... BSC has less problems eps the one faced by eco grandeur....
