i just went to Bandar Seri Coalfields 2 days back to check on the new launch Hamptons. it really looks quite worth it... u can get 4000 sq ft for 1.1m .. it is freehold indv title, so buyers dont need to pay maintanence fee. HOWEVER, there is a minimal fee for security rm100/mth if im nt mistaken. also an option for you to sign their membership for club house at rm70/ mth i think. got saltwater pool/gym/ badminton/tennis/ basketball ct.

only thing thats holding me back is the highway. old roads dunno when will enlarge since theres 2 other big projects nearby.. could high traffic possibly look like heading to setia alam ie one road in and out? or will the other projects split to other highways like upcoming dash / latar/etc ?

can someone advise on the roads pls cuz i really no clue how far these other projects are from one another.. tia!!

either way its quite hard to travel to this two locations from BSC during peak hour... to go to setia alam you have to use the jalan bukit cerakah thats currently having LBS and EG on both side of the road... but still wont be as jam as you go bangsar because to minimize jam, you can only use latar guthrie then nkve to damansara link then exit to federal... all these path are full of jam in the morning... haha

No it’s different. Coalfields u have 4 exits - LATAR, Guthrie, Jln Bukit Cerakah and Jln Kuala Selangor. The location is strategic in between a few roads so u are not trapped. But u won’t be able to avoid jam if u go during peak hour. The advantage is u can use different roads if another is very jam. If u go Bangsar, u can use LATAR which is least jam, usually the jam is after Duta toll

Look what I just found. Wasn't surprised as I have seen so many corners cut. Well, at least they used Mega Cable. Can't imagine what will happen to Hampton

Seems that the video is not true. The electrician in the video provided a wrong reading. Very irresponsible of the electrician but rest assured for people in BSC, all is good.

Suggest you call Mah Bayu Engineering for queries since they in charge of this project. Video there got phone number.

Since you think he gave wrong reading, mind to point out/ provide opinion on earth resistance measurement? Do you have any electrical related licenses as well?

No license. When I saw the video I got worried as someone staying in BSC. So I went to find out from some residents that the electrician in the video admitted the reading is wrong. Not qualified to understand more but I’m relieved now

During mco my everyday I watch his channel to burn time. His work is actually very neat and follow electrical guideline. He picture his tnb license in some videos. His workers carelessness perhaps since setup not done by him.
