Got so many PH or not? Anyway, u don't have to worry so much for ppl in Cyber. Many are living there happily.

But perception of the place I must admit is bad coz too many negative comments by Cyberjaya haters.

But I still love this place. tongue.gif

I don't understand why so many people in this thread want to bash Cyberjaya when they are clearly not interested in the place. We get it, you guys don't like it, that's fine. No need to try to force others to think alike. Each his own.

I really like Cyberjaya town planning. It's green, spacious and tidy. There's a definite will to keep the town organized and livable. Each new development fits into this mindset. I also like that there's no industrial zone or factory.

Roads are wide, bicycle lanes are starting to spring up. There's no congestion and more than one road to get anywhere. That's very convenient. Getting in and out of Cyberjaya is easy as well, we have Elite, MEX and LDP, plus the Cyber-Putrajaya expressway and Putrajaya link to cross north-south and east-west.

New property currently under development will definitely bring more people to stay in Cyberjaya, and not just students or expats. Setia Eco Glades is clearly targeting upper middle class families. Lakefront, Mirage by the Lake, Symphony Hills, etc. are also higher end properties. Mixed developments with mall, offices and residences are making the town a lot more convenient than it used to as well.

I'm very enthusiastic about Cyberjaya's near term future.

chill la....as resident of cyber, we know how well cyber is going...

even in kajang or semenyih thread, got ppl say not good as well....I will stay away since it is not my cup of tea. not everyone have the same taste.

yalah u are right. Right now most of the high rise supply in Klang Valley are shoeboxes/pigeonholes, and all of them ar ein Cyberjaya. No pigeonholes in Puchong, Subang etc because only millionaires stay there.

MAH SING projects also won many similar awards lah........yet they have not becoming dpc or mk.

setia ecopark won 'best in the world' lah...not just asia pacific....so what has changed?

Cabinda, I am not sure if you follow this thread or not.

one of your cyber supporters claimed to be like dpc/Bangsar....therefoe full occupation means like Bangsar or puchong? most condos in puchong also full occupation, yet no one claimed to be like Bangsar. therefore I would like to know if all tenants from Bangsar have moved to cyber....therefore cyber becomes Bangsar II.
