don't really agree with this statement, from what i see the rental is increasing for certain part of cyberjaya i would said.

Cyberjaya will not become Puchong. Cyber is well planned while in my opinion Puchong is poorly planned, chaotic and congested. One of the main reasons I invest in Cyber is that it is different from Puchong, and will not be like Puchong. Cyberjaya also has a higher end feel to it.

Many of the units in Cyber are rental properties, ie ppl bought them for investment and rent them out. From my own experience its a good rental market. Also if u have been renting out to your colleagues for 10 yrs then your rental yield is not zero. Unless you are dumb enough to buy penthouse and then rent it out at rumah kampung punya rate.

SK is super chaotic, congested, and poorly planned, and short distance to KL (only 20++ KM to KL city center) , can u expect SK become MK or Bangsar?

for cyber we are looking at that level smile.gif

actually SK is a nice place to stay.
ban mee alone can eat u 1 month even u eat different stall everyday.

SK, when I entering I feel its lack of Qi energy.. It's a little dark.. And doesn't feel comfortable.. Maybe I'm not so familiar with SK, I didn't get as much food as ppl always talked abt.. I only manage found the food court at equine park beside Aeon.. Other restaurant near the food court didn't catch my attention to step in.. I agree its congested and messy too.. Most shop at equine look like lack of Qi energy.. Look at paparich there.. All shop r close... If u go behind residential area at equine.. Many house r empty too.. I don't know what the taman name.. I just drive around looking for food, this is what I found nia..
Anyway, its just my feeling abt SK..

If Cyberjaya has to reach upper level, it has to be on par with Puchong first before escalated to higher level.

The masterplan of entire Cyberjaya is good compare to Puchong was due to different time of setpiece and single masterplanner of Cyberjaya instead of several developers for Puchong, namely IOI Properties, I&P, SP Setia, and more, and it was all done more than almost 2 decades ago.

Some areas of Puchong are failure, but not entirely and the demand is still there with the increasing neighbourhood since the surrounding of Sunway / Subang / PJ / Bkt Jalil / OUG side price was even further north meanwhile the border of Puncak Jalil, Seri Kembangan, Dengkil remains their own level.

Cyberjaya is still pending a good execution of the township while most of the prices here are northern part of most Puchong properties, Cyberjaya needed more to be done.

The key word would be, the new homes supply incoming to Puchong is lesser compare to the supply flooded into every corner of Cyberjaya and population wise, Puchong able to adapt while Cyberjaya needed to get it done.

to me puchong got no chance to reach upper level, it is limited already. upper level here refer to bangsar, MK, or places like desa park city. Biggest factor is ppl profile and culture.

If one day cyber same with puchong, then it will not go far.

ppl profile and culture...cyber must be the worst township in greater kl. sorry guys.im sure some of you are great people but look at the majority. go mbtl thread.

Lolx.... I see at mbtl thread mostly outsider who not stay there comment only.. But the own stayer say nothing much about it.. And didn't know the ppl u meant are the majority in cyberjaya.. Maybe by going through LYN thread, then we can assume majority ppl in cyberjaya are the ppl u meant?? Haha.. Cool assumption... If this is the quality.. I think cyberjaya quality far far better..
