F & B becoming tougher with the current Malaysia economy.

Im a little anxious regards to the hostels and where I should live.

i went to dpulze even i stay in SK..
cos of jaya grocer, boat noodle, yoshinoya, ...

the fried chicken wings are pathetic, so tiny and yet cost so much! 

But surprisingly there's always queue for boat noodle.

Anyway good F&B like Ole Ole Bali is doing okay only, not much crowd.

Yea, I don't find it is worth, I prefer zanmai in dpulze...all other branches long que....zanmai dpulze just fine.

I will be staying in Cyber 11... when my condo is completed... in 4 years' time. I'm planning ahead as you can see 

I'd prefer to do away with puchong. That place is too messy and the people's mentality... speechless. I have high hope for cyber to be a much more decent place. At least the town is well planned, clean, with wide roads. Hopefully the people have more manners too

quarrel might begin with your statement above....some ppl prefer "wong" conjested place...many cars...many shop lot..different preference

It's pretty much bare land over there right now, but I believe most of it is gonna be built up within the next 5 years...

Seriously I dunno those who buy the 3rd Avenue gonna be? Now business in Cyberjaya is really not doing good.. I speculate more and more MNC is going to move out from CBJ

actually SK is a nice place to stay.
ban mee alone can eat u 1 month even u eat different stall everyday.

De Pulze is really doing well, can see all different kind of merchants, hopefully we would have more malls in the future and operate more variants

Red tick looks quite good, they got fresh and alive fish/crabs/oyster but don't know the price wise or not.. Jaya grocer offer more processed/fruits/frozen import product.. Red tick offer more fruits and seafood import, others are normal... Red tick r really added advantage for shaftbury and hyve residence
