- 1 master developer for entire township. Limited landed and highrise unit. All planning are align to same objective. All new project or development must get their concern, Clean and green

- good traffic flow (smart traffic light)

-low snatch and run cases (I never heard it happened before, cannot say no but low) , feel safe to walk on the street. Many resident cycling and walk their dog

-entertainment (2 Starbucks 2 chatime within 2km, medium highend brand slowly move in, plan b, zan mai, burger lab,MPH, jaya grocer,TGV) easy access, within 15mins no hassle.

-no heavy duty industry, no factory

-Attention from govt, budget for Cyberjaya city center. Cyberjaya hosp. Cyberjaya green mosque which is ready

fact is fact, occupancy rate is growing up fast, summer glades used to have low occupancy rate but now I can see there are so many Germany cars or Alphard, same as garden residence.

u think those rich ppl are stupid to buy 1-2 million landed house and move in to a worst place for ownstay? they are smart that's why they afford luxury prop.

all the factors I mentioned above make cyberjaya a unique place, a raising star, most important, this is not the destination of cyber, it is still growing fast and the structure itself make cyber have many potential to grow, to be one of the best township.

many ppl think they see the reality but in fact they don't, including myself...

I cant say cyber will guarantee success but look at the factors I mentioned above, it moving to a highend direction, govt and private sector both are giving attention to this small place (cyberjaya is a vr small town), u cant deny that until it is really fail...

u don't have bad intention but would u tell a 10years old boy, u cant be a successful person in future, just face the reality?

If they can tow cars..saman etc..without report..surely they got the same facilities and resources to tow abandoned car rite?

Fyi also pernah kena kompaun parking..which is my fault of coz. Paid straight away...and guess what...3-4 years later called me and send letter to bring me into court for unpaid compouns? Lol they expect me to keep the receipt.

Thanks to master developer to design n put in many many initiatives like power green programme, saftey on community etc. MPS role becomes insigniticant and easy to just execute.see below. U can see most of the thing and efffort on building up this city. Great job. No many townships have it. I could be wrong but none from what i knew. I am neutral on all the argument, i prefer to let fact to determine my thought rather than perception.
