Nobody knows if it will be next dpc or whatever.. At least it's much better environment which makes owner satisfied.. I think developer not stupid too, no demand means no development...it's building lotsa building means there is demand.. Will u continue a development if there is no buyer?

This thread is suppose to talk about the layers and greatest of Cyberjaya properties but I feel it has become a Cyber bashing place. All places got good and bad there's no place perfect. You like this area you buy. You don't buy some where else. The more you bash it's more like the old Chinese saying "can't eat the grapes, say it's sour". And those that pain stakingly defend Cyber - also no need. Life has better things to do than trying to force a square peg into a round hole. Posting this in good will as I appreciate the good advice and this forum does give a lot of info. But if minus the noise will be better la smile.gif

merely comments on residential perspective (by list down all liveable factors), not comment from investment perspective (MNC & Uni)

I never hoo ha about highend, DPC with MK, from the available structure and factors , it is "Potential" to be next dpc or MK and reasonable to benchmark with DPC or MK. please understand "potential" & "Benchmark". if we talk without facts, then we only can twist other ppl words as their point to argue.

Everything take time. Even DPC went through more than 10years to shut off the mouth on those ppls who always bashee the dpc last time associate it with kepong in old world. Time ll tell.

You should check with developers of iskandar.....
How many unsold?

Also recent reports on unsold greater klang valley reporr...think on avwrage 40% sold only...

Then you ahould ask developers why no demand still sell?

actually it is market wide issue...

SPSetia also face huge difficulties in selling their Setia Alam Serviced apartment.... Less than15% sold.. Does this make Setia Alam a failure township?

In fact past 2years... It has been struggling for SPSetia to sell their smd in SEP and landed such as Duta Villa in SA..

Developer is a bizness entity and they need to keep launching to keep their contractors, staffs occupied as well as cashflow.

Even with healthy unbilled sales, they cannot simply retrench their staffs or ask their staffs to do nothing. It is simply counterproductive.

It is not secret that property market is sluggish in 2015.

bump in to Korean or Japanese already become a norm in CBJ.

dunno why Japanese like to go shaftsbury square... hmm.gif perhaps due to biz trip they stayed there..

But GKS this scenario doesnt apply to cyber
Whatever cyber built it will be fully taken up and people from bangsar and dpc will move in...
Bcos currently most of cyber projects all fully tenanted....and people just cant wait to move in.
Cyber - bestest township in malaysia.

I got direct contact with higher ups ppl in MK Land subsidiary looking for interested developer to JV or sell a 4 acre land. Earlier approval was for 64 units of townvilla.

I went to redtick last week. Not bad. Good to have another supermarket in cyberjaya. My first thought was it is really convinient for those staying in Shaftesbury.
