Looks like until Block E/F this side. The other side anyone's guess. As for the shopping centre and hotel, logically they will be near the MRT station.

hey guys, i bought MRTA for RESIDENSI SERI WAHYU unit from ETIQA, don't know how i end up with Fire insurance also, they automatic debit my loan account for RM 85.92. don't really remember if i opt for this insurance, maybe i did because 80 ringgits/year without further thinking the just opt in.

we need to pay for fire insurance even the unit still under construction ?

ur name so popular math.... Is this Lakeville residential or commercial title? SA or condo? Hows the traffic circulation? With over 2400 units there including RUMAWIP, the traffic will be bad?

My major concern is that the RUMAWIP people will park at roadside like crazy since their units are only entitled for one carpark. Nowadays family has around 2 cars meaning to say at least 600 cars will be at the roadside since only 1 carpark for RUMAWIP?

Some early buyer of the rumahWip ... they get to add 1 more additional car park which many has do so until it finished. So i guess, it wont be many parking at roadside but I'm more concern those people staying in LakeVille, probably has a bigger family in it, having the theory of bigger house with more people, many might ended up parking at the roadside.

I guess, parking at road side is kind of like a culture in KL and everywhere in Kepong, you will see this happen.
