Hi are you staying nearby this area?

1. the electricity rate should be under residential rate
2. assessment will be under commercial rate
3. maintenance is 0.33 psf

I'm staying nearby Brem Mall, location is what i wanted as it is nearby my family, should be for own stay but will see how when we get our keys.

I bought Tower E 1060sf facing facilities.

The MRT Delima station is located infront of TNB building which is around 8xx metres to guard house of lakeville using the new slip road

If using a bridge across the lake will be around 5xx (higher cost) i doubt it will materialise

On cleaning up the lake it will be a huge effort, hopefully MS will make a good effort, but upstream the old Jinjang Dump area already polluted the lake since long time ago.

yeah, at least some effort on cleaning and beautifying the lake, but it will require massive effort as the lake is connect to other lake as well

Tower G is not released to public yet, i think MS want to finish selling Tower C & D before releasing it

Block A progress is slower by around 10 levels, using my eyes to calculate, but Block A total is 38 levels, while Block B is 42 levels, highly got chance for LAD?
