$0.25/sqft maintenance is super expensive for Rumawip..it's supposed to be affordable.

imagine paying 30 years maintenance = a new affordable house in Johor.

Price psf = 300k/800 sq ft.

Maintenance = ~RM 0.25 psf  x (800+total car parks sqft) = ~RM 230

Monthly commitments easily ~ RM 1500+ , for 30+ years loan, 90% margin.

Yea.the underpass would connect jalan kepong from kl direction into the slip road beside tnb and improve the connectivity to mrt sri delima station in future.expected would be mixed development or condo project?since they have around 50acres of land there
