It is about 9.25m distance... Very close? or Accetaple?
for me, a bit too close, if opposite unit doing live show... Wah, good!

I think those opt the corner units that face each other will have a nice window view...

*might not same as per latest version

9.25m is about 28ft away which is narrower than typical street 40ft width

But I think it will be a bit claustrophobic with 38 floor of condo looking each other.

honestly you are discriminate against RUMAwIP residents with your statement.
are you saying that non RUMAWIP residents NEVER park their cars at roadside???????

have you not been to segambut, north Kiara, dsara perdana and other places?
*
I think all units in Lakeville entitle of 2 carparks.

http://propcafe.net/lakevilletaman-wahyu-mahsing/

where else rumahwip only entitle one carpark.

those condos.... the cars park on roadside because developer only allocate one carpark for each unit....

Not only highrise. Landed also.

Am sure some rumawip residents will park off road but it doesnt mean non rumawip will not.

past post the point is Lakeville each unit has 2 carparks therefore the probability to park at roadside is lower...unless the owner has more than 2 cars....

Where else for rumahwip (or you can simply replace with condo block G) only one carpark provided. therefore the probability for owner of this block to park roadside is higher because they only have one carpark. Of course this is rumahwip... the probability of owner having 2 cars also lower than Lakeville. biggrin.gif

Most buyers in this country follow the crowd i.e herd behaviour; the more people buy, the more will follow. Hence, developers like to claim over 80% sold at launch but units still available after vped or over 3 years.

Property market information is one of if not the least transparent.

if you know where to find the info... You will know actual sales and construction status..

Lagging yes.. We still have much to learn from spore...

With the impending launch of Lake City KL North, residence of Lakeville wouldn't have any shortcut access to MRT2 station and will be surrounded by construction for next 5-10 years.
