those condos.... the cars park on roadside because developer only allocate one carpark for each unit....

past post the point is Lakeville each unit has 2 carparks therefore the probability to park at roadside is lower...unless the owner has more than 2 cars....

Where else for rumahwip (or you can simply replace with condo block G) only one carpark provided. therefore the probability for owner of this block to park roadside is higher because they only have one carpark. Of course this is rumahwip... the probability of owner having 2 cars also lower than Lakeville.
