Correct me if I'm wrong. Before VP, you will not be allow to let go the unit as name changes cannot be done after you sign the S&P.

7% + 3% tolak from list price?

What about the RM 8888?

Or everything tolak from list price?
*
The discount will make the owner no need to pay high downpayment if you are still qualify to get 90% loan. My fren told me the rm8888, also minus into the downpayment side as well.

others more worst
all depends on their subcon
even selling rm1000psf also facing the same problem
*
Kinda agree ... most developer will get contractor that get them highest profit during tender process. Plus now everyone want faster completion date.
So i guess, it all downs to luck ... whether the finishing is what we expect or not. Honestly, as long as no major problem like wall cracking, water leaking or others ... I'm good with it.

Really need slow slow wait ... last ask sales person, the Q now is more than 100 person.

these days, most service apartments also provide one cp for size under 1000sq.

you think all will have one car only?
*
Some early buyer of the rumahWip ... they get to add 1 more additional car park which many has do so until it finished. So i guess, it wont be many parking at roadside but I'm more concern those people staying in LakeVille, probably has a bigger family in it, having the theory of bigger house with more people, many might ended up parking at the roadside.

I guess, parking at road side is kind of like a culture in KL and everywhere in Kepong, you will see this happen.

fh for the sure higher price than lh, why go for a project that still left 85 years lease project if can go for freehold brows.gif  brows.gif

I guess everyone knows that and everyone will have to come back down to the reality of ..... having to pay extra 150k and possibly on smaller unit just because of FreeHold status ...
Everyone got their own selection in this case, 150k is not a small amount to many unless u think 150k is nth then I will say why not u consider buying a condo at Desa Park ? Another probably 200k topup from EcoSky and you can stay far far away from incinerator and u got a fully develop area. Go ahead looooo

Haha, sorry on this but that is the reality that everyone will have to face when they choose to stay in KL ... a short 10-15km will usually take 1 hour drive. That is the reality of staying in KL and any major city i guess .....
Now even in Kepong area, is damn super pack but yet still many still wanna buy in Kepong ........

When I go back to my relative during CNY in rawang, dude it’s so jam what more in KL. Only place not jam is at least 50km from city.
*

Yeah Yeah .... i agree with that, but it seems many member here still think traffic jam as one of the concern to buy or stay in the location or not. To me, now in KL ... stay where also too pack and too many car ... haha

lakeville now occupancy rate 30% only ? mostly buying for investment not own stay ?
*
To be honest, i dont think is 30%, definately more than that with only 4 block open so far. The recent 2 block VP i think many has not completed their defect things yet but yet I can see many unit light is on at night.
In total for block A and B, i think it easily reach 60-70% already while E and F maybe around 40%.

The property although not Eco friendly. perhaps, Mahsing project seem discriminating Smoker ? the smoking area is beside toilets, in-front of gym, expose direct under sunlight and get wet during rains. Although, I'm occasion smoker. Was being chasing by those guards around (but those guard were freely smoking at the corners) with no clear indicative or place when i was thinking puffing on "me" time for deep thinking breaks which was the habit for a while.

The property is not an ideal or discouraged smoker or may be the developer is not ergonomics at quality? in my shoe, is not a comfort lifestyle property to own or invest into which regretting if anyone did!
*
Why must you smoke at the common facilities area? Can't you smoke at your own house instead? The place is a common place for everyone and many is bringing their kids there, you as a smoker, I know you have the right to manage your own health but you smoke at common area will affect other's life there which they are not smoker.
I will say the JMB should ban smoking at common facilities area like how restaurant and kopitiam is doing now.
