Where's the central STP for this area?

Rumahwip you need to bear own legal expenses.

Is this your first property? Did you need to pay for stamp duty? Which lawyer is it?

Did the owner do proper inspection after handover? I see that there were renovations done, so did his own contractor contributed to it? He said 15 months after completion, normally the defect liability period for most is 1 year only?

Frankly, I have no prior experience buying from MahSing nor heard much bad things about it. It used to be a Chinaman developer in that the design and all are typical. But it has changed if you noticed in the last 3 years. The designs are more contemporary.

Bear in mind that Lakeville's architect is Architect 61, a Singaporean outfit. Also, the builder is from China. Don't think it's a small player can handle such a big job.
