Planning to get one unit in Block C/D any advice on the new contractor or quality of workmanship? What price is considered good? RM600 psf? or RM650? or RM550?

How come my name appear pulak...

ur name so popular math.... Is this Lakeville residential or commercial title? SA or condo? Hows the traffic circulation? With over 2400 units there including RUMAWIP, the traffic will be bad?

My major concern is that the RUMAWIP people will park at roadside like crazy since their units are only entitled for one carpark. Nowadays family has around 2 cars meaning to say at least 600 cars will be at the roadside since only 1 carpark for RUMAWIP?

honestly you are discriminate against RUMAwIP residents with your statement.
are you saying that non RUMAWIP residents NEVER park their cars at roadside???????

have you not been to segambut, north Kiara, dsara perdana and other places?
*
Honestly, you jumped the gun too fast. Mathematically and logically, chances and probability of parking car outside if you have only one carpark is still higher than if you have two. Which part of my statement implies that I’m discriminating RUMAWIP?

If both of the projects only give one carpark and I specifically only target RUMAWIP then yes, I’m discriminatory. But too bad your mentality proved that deep in you, you are the one being too sensitive like the general malaysians, jumping the gun before thinking logically and rationally, despite having so many stars. GOSH.

And bear in mind majority of those places that are jam packed, normally only provide one car park space to the unit buyer which is why I’m referring to RUMAWIP which also only provides one car park.

Please do not discriminate people for questioning the truth. you are misguided on the intention of the question and think everyone have the same thought as you.

I think all units in Lakeville entitle of 2 carparks.

http://propcafe.net/lakevilletaman-wahyu-mahsing/

where else rumahwip only entitle one carpark.

those condos.... the cars park on roadside because developer only allocate one carpark for each unit....

where in this context Lakeville have 2 and Rumawip has 1, therefore higher chance of rumawip owners parking on roadside.
*
That’s why certain Malaysians are triggered so easily. Questions are asked on the context of A, but got spinned into another ill-intent statement. Ain’t it similar to the politicians we have? Simple questions but got complicated due to their ways of thinking.

My very intention is not even geared towards thinking that the general population in LV is better off than RUNAWIP but was interpreted that way.

A joke. Period.

Everywhere in KL already seeing pressure on the launching prices. Wait another few more years, i think can get 900sf for below RM300k in KL fringe. KL prime areas might be expected to drop to 500-600psf.

wouldnt be surprised la if its Country Garden. They will build it to the max density with very very attractive pricing. that is their modus operandi.

if one tower has around 1000 units, there will be 20000 units average 4 person per household, there will be extra 80000 people. 2 cars each, will result in 160000 cars on the small stretch. Really can die one.

Haha, sorry on this but that is the reality that everyone will have to face when they choose to stay in KL ... a short 10-15km will usually take 1 hour drive. That is the reality of staying in KL and any major city i guess .....
Now even in Kepong area, is damn super pack but yet still many still wanna buy in Kepong ........
