Why is the lake brown I color and not bluish or greenish?

I think due to no desilting works at the pond carried out by setia..but how to do desilting for the big pond like that..suppose to be carried out before they install the pond liner..hrmm

Don't seem to receive any signal for call and 4g data when inside the house for Setia utama for maxis... Is that normal ? Anyone got this problem also? Thanks.

May i know which wireless broadband is stable in Setia Utama area? Celcom, Digi, Maxis? Coz to wait for Elenea to have unifi fiber, may take awhile....so anyone using wireless broadband for temporary measure can advise? Thanks.

celcom (got 21, or 30? free trial) not sure y peak hours very lag, maybe too many ppl use
Digi so far so good, maybe less ppl use, just that data not much

Yes normal decora here. You need wait almost 1yr fir newunifi ports.. meanwhile u can only use 4g digi next front window house only for corner /end lots singnal better stronger. Middle lot not much luck very weak.
You still can live move in without internet.

setia utama shoplots seems getting better by the day... mcdonald very vibrant... have 4 kopitiam there.... a few dai chow small chow shops... seems like will be getting better with more phases VP there... good for me can no need go to the southern side to hunt chinese foods anymore... and this is something sime will never manage to do.. their shops at BR still half dead.. lol

Let's say the net profit is 300k (before legal fees and rpgt), means that the investment is giving 5.4% interest annually.
But that's only the case when seller owns 250k in 2005 instead of bank loan hmm.gif

Hmm, I have signed by water homes AURITUM 22 x 70.
I'm currently in the process of applying loan. Been thinking for weeks whether I should turn down this offer and go for Kyra 2 by SD. I have only 2 concerns.

1) cemetery (as u all know, its not good in feng shui)
2) fencing and security (I was informed by the sales assistant that they won't be fencing the Taman)

Anyone can advice on the matters above? Like how do u see the issue of cemetery and whether csn we fence the Taman ourselves since there will be a public park within the Taman

I bet you have heard of Connaught Cheras famous night market, right? There is a huge cemetery just sits right next to the highway, and the road and shops are always busy and filled with people.

Since the area already surrounded by natural barrier (river), people cant just go in there and steal stuff. Whereas for fencing, you can use wire cutter to cut an opening.

That's different. Shops are different. U do business and u go home at night. Nothing scary. But if ur house is nearby, that will be another story. Understand that Byhomes project if further from the cemetery compared to the the existing houses opposite byhomes. Just wanna ask if anyone is staying there now whether the atmosphere is hormony. No offense but I'm getting married and I hope my wife and my children will stay there with peace. Or if anyone is familiar with feng shui, possible to give me your 2 cent?

I actually went to the existing houses opposite byhomes. Those are the ones that you will really see the cemetery going out and coming back home. By homes are slightly better, u might see it depending which route u use when u go home. And regarding the guard and security. Is anyone facing issue in ur Taman such as nobody wants to pay security fees? I'm staying at Bandar Bukit Raja now and this Taman is matured already and we have the autogate in and out. But the new Taman opposite byhomes don't even have a proper guard house or pondok. U waive at them then u can go in and out like the other dsy when I went there for site survey. Byhomes will be the same as well and no guard house and security provided. Everythjng will be handled by committee from the very start haha.

Cemetery is one of the issue I don't choose SP as well.
