Precinct 11 houses don't have fencing like those bukit raja area house ???

as there is no fencing for p11 houses, won't it be too open and easily accessible by anyone? safe?

should have charged them higher for a 3 stry house rent since the house price there is around RM 850-900k...

so how was the area so far? mostly rented out or owner staying themselves?

For P11 3-Story house, is that possible for TM to install the main router on the middle floor(1st floor) instead of ground floor??? such installation seem to make more sense. rather than install it on the ground floor and end up the 1st and 2nd floor having to have suffer from poor signal and speed. just wonder anyone does that before? TQ
