No point even gate security and on bike once every3-5hr rounding.. they come on bike motor ..especially at back house most venerable..

I need any residence negbour to donate their main metal gate if they decide to dismantle change new gate i need few to modify cut to 3m long and install both side of back lane (double height) . Decora u13/37r and back the new phase row thus year vp

If port just disconnected then reconnect it back may solve the issue? Or they steal something?
If steal something then request for guard CCTV then can find out the thief

I find security very poor system . They should always requested ask show IC for all visitors or contractor and take mov record in front camer. (Like they donin usj5)
Incl number plate and record hse no.
I fed up of Indian management end up my unifi port stolen unplug at back lane. Useless inefficient security just for show!! Better dismantle it group.
Install more solar light at back lane and high gates at both ends too
More cctv cam night vision especially back side lane

And all the stray dogs around roundabout is just annoying and create diseases unhealthy surrounding .
What kind security you get.?

Initially interested to book bywater unit, now I think better wait and see after reading your post with so many worksmanship
and security issues. Strangers can plug out your unifi ports just like that. First sign indicating security has big problem waiting

Now I remember too . Yes facing soho and corner unit something like that was

10% + 2% + 8% discount . I think for A block only

My view is if want to buy better wait after vp only buy. Then no need to pay any interest to bank before vp.

Wow... if can get lelong unit. Worth it.
But price wont be much diff with the discount going on.

Upon checking further on the google map, there is quite big squatter settlement (kongsi) beside P11. I think we will drop the idea
of booking BYWATER unit because of so many security concern from the owners in this forum. Personally, family avoids
squatter area nearby for safety reason to buy a home, good to know there are many potential security issues in P11 before
thinking of bywater unit.
