Just visited the selling booth at jusco bukit tinggi. 1 blok 95% booked, another blok 85% booked with sticker. Not much choices. Start price from 640 persqft. Looks promising for investment, with inter school capacity 0f 3.5k plus and help institute otw. Both completing this year. Any advice, i looking at the rental market
