Lots of svc apartment coming up in SA in addition to trefail 1.5k units and thousands of low mid end apartment that have stolen some of the tenants.
Commercial noticed upper floors asking for less than rm800 per shop. Ppl still discussing abt high end shops here when they have been even slower.

Currently at northern SA having so many development, for exp open road towards meru town, open road towards alam budiman, dash highway..which make SA more closer to KL,i am looking forward some primary and secondary school move in. Just received next billing for Fusca for servicing road then can VP already. Progress got so fast? Last week passby macam haven't paint. Or did i mistaken that as Edulis?

Yes, there was proposal to pass through Setia Alam before but it won't be under LRT3.

developers are like that.. they sell hot air. certainly not the only one to leverage on non existent usps. some sell based on 10 yr future vague plans, some says "stone throw distance" when maybe artillery shell also can't hit.. etcetc
