I am buying for investment.
I am buying it because i saw the map, it is near to the International school, also the National health institute.
I believe national health institute will have quite a big number of people. I worked in medical institute, many of them dont have car, we used to rent condo which is walking distance.
Besides, i saw the master plan from SP setia, they going to build the transport hub near to the setia city mall phase 2, which is quite near.
Yes, there is better alternative i think is more strategic, which is setia residence, but the price is too high, I am just 25 years old, fresh graduate, salary not enough to get loan over 500k >.<
I think the developer is quite realiable since the boss is from SEGI? but not sure whether they will delay or not.
