Sorry i didnt noticed this whole topic about setia alam. I am refering to Edusentral with international school project. Do we have any specific forum on this project. Bcause i am quite interested to get a unit

Setia north really got a lot of apartments; akasia, baiduri, terfoil, and now edusentral....

When i was about to choose a unit they show me the available lot . 1 blok left 2units others left less10units. They said it is prelaunch less than 1 month

Is the $640 persqft at this area a good buy? I think it is a bit overpriced. But if the school concept really works can get rental around 2k permonth. Btw i heard they said Help is under cons truction and only walking dist to edusentral
