Guys, regarding new project launch in SA? Nodolus, opacus etc? Any comment about this? I went to the sales gallery and it has been taken mostly especially facing north because of the cemetery. But even though nearest to the cemetery still selling hot, any idea mostly flicker or own stay?

Yup, any buyers would like to share? Actually I am considering to buy too, but when I do site survey only I realized is surrounded by apartment, Syria refugees just beside the project too, and cemetery behind, and I did some research, hokkien association are arguing the wasted 10 years empty land for cemetery expansion (correct me if I am wrong), and the bliss garden cemetery is under construction, and all those factory beside. Faint!!!! Although I am not Pantang, I also hope in future the house I spend for million is worth buying.

Just visited setia Alam official website, new launch soon at P17 at February after cny. Price from RM640K for 20x65, Rm580 for 18x65.

I called and asked, is beside Mutiara apartment that land area. Sentosa apartment that side not so soon i think. Wondering how they marketing that area, facing cemetery directly. Just read news paper, LRT3 is going to start constructing in the month of Feb, i think lrt 3 will not involve with SA.

Previously I stayed Klang and work pj, I depart from Klang before 7am. I can reached pj ss2 within 20minute time. But I can rest in my office after that but some people not convenient to rest in their office. But now I rent room in pj.

Sorry, is 500k, with low commitment. If 600k Can if you throw more DP, borrow 80% loan, i think bank will approve gua.

Most importantly buy the house you affordable with. Don't put yourself into economic dilemma. You buy what project 18x65 in setia?
