QUOTE(icemessenger @ Nov 24 2015, 04:18 PM) RM189 cause they still maintain my free how many minutes calls to land linessince only my mom use the land lines and this also she dont use much, hypptv nobody bother..if they offer me RM169 as "loyal customer" and no free land lines calls more worth to me |

Just installed unifi 30mbps at home this noon
Downloading direct links still mostly getting 8-11 mbps On LAN, I'm getting full speed easily Looks like wifi network/dlink modem is to be blame here, getting full bar yet speed's not stable Also, do you really have to use wired cable connection for hypptv? Wifi should be sufficient right? This post has been edited by alucard89: Nov 24 2015, 07:26 PM |

Instead of providing shitty router to use, TM should subsidize router let's say RM200 for Unifi Advance customers.

Thanks TM for the "free upgrade" on upload speed. I will upload as many things as possible while it lasts.

QUOTE(alucard89 @ Nov 24 2015, 08:48 PM) So hypptv is only compatible with tm routers only? Because Hypptv must be plugged directly to the router for VLAN Taggingor else you will have to connect to a switch then connect the switch to BTU. No matter how you try to set it up, you will still have to plug it into VLAN supported router or switch. It doesn't just work magically without VLAN tagging. You can't just simply connect to repeater.Or need to find those routers that's compatible with hypptv? Would any router with ddwrt/openwrt still work? If I was you, I will pull a cable from the port that HyppTV supposed to plug in to wherever my TV are as long as it's within 100m. This post has been edited by zher4883: Nov 24 2015, 08:58 PM |

I'm so jelly right now.
Both of my "taman" got Unifi already (not sure of the already activated yet). I saw constructors installing TM fibre cabinet at "taman" besides. But no such cabling or installations happen on my side. How do I confirm if my "taman" really-really get Unifi? I've been stucking with Streamyx for eternity already...😭 |
