It happened to me also....Contractor checked it reached 30Mbps...after few days something happened. Cannot get connection. Waited for 2 days to get back connection after made report but the speed never reached 20Mbps. The technician told me the same thing...server speed problem.

31/10: Submitted my application at TMpoint

4/11: They keyed in the application.

5/11: Fed up with no updates (e-mail), I used the Unifi locator to check my application status. Lo and behold, it's there! (and pending).

9/11: Checked on Locator again, installation date shows up.

14/11: Tentative installation date. Cancelled due to bad weather.

16/11: Installation day. Arrived at 1030, finished in 2 hours. Cable length 45m.

guys i received email for service order confirmation with date and time for installation of Unifi. Will the appointed contractor call me 1st prior coming to my home or they'll just popup on the specified time and date?

Coz it's on working day, need to take a day off. Don't wanna waste my cuti la just in case they didnt come on that date.

Guys,my installation was set today. Yesterday TM called me to verify details and confirmed that my installation will be done today. Also they asked me to xontact my apartment management to open the TM CABINET in the apartment to pull cable. So i did and paid RM150 to my management as its standard charge.

Today the installer showed up alone. Came without any tools. He checked my house TM Wallplug anf its empty. (but here in my apartment all installation done by pulling cable from the CABINET). So the guy left cuz he cabt do anything if theres no wiring inside my unit as he only here to do installation inside house.

My question is,what are the options i have here?Do i need to pay a contractor to pull the cable to my unit?Or was it supposed to be done by TM for free?Really confused here. Was on the phone with CS for more than 1 hour withput any solution.

hello guys, i just upgrading from vip5 to 30mbps package.. is it normal to get 20mbps-ish speed when connected to handphone or laptop via wifi? i always get around 15-20mbps on ookla speedtest..

I just checked my friend's bill as she is a new 30Mbps user, and apparently in her first bill, there is no HyppTV charged to her.

It seems neooren's earlier claim was correct but my friend doesn't have any amount in the unbilled usage.

Let's wait till next bill, but can safely say first month is FOC.
