Credit limit mean if you don't pay you bill, they will count the bill until 507.
Let say your bill is 190 and you not pay it,they will put in next bill and ask you to pay.if you still don't pay until 507,they will potong your line until you pay.hope you can understand

Hi all.. I just happen to receive this mail form UNIFI. What does this means? why got credit limit? i thought its unlimited right?

_______________________________________________

Dear Sir / Madam,

Thank you for subscribing TM services. We wish to inform you that your UNIFI account Credit Limit has been updated to RM 537.00 to suit your usage.

...
Hi meento, it's got nothing to do with your internet quota which is not limited for now.

This credit limit is for chargeable usage in each month. That means you can make calls or buy HyppTV VOD up to your limit.

It is not a credit limit for your monthly bill. Doesn't mean that you can skip 2-3 months bill. Usually TM will disconnect your Unifi if you miss 1 month bill.

Having said that I could be wrong. I was told this by TM about a year ago. You can call 100 to clarify.

Sokay lah, patience my man. Weekend cannot count, some more yesterday holiday for KL. Bet you'll get it tomorrow.

Unless someone accidentally deleted your service upgrade request from the system. Just kidding.

Log in to your occ and see if the service request is already there. Once it's in, it's usually a few hours before you'll get the upgrade.

I received an SMS with the HyppTV Everywhere password at about the same time the upgrade was activated. Don't bother waiting for the email, mine came 5 days after the the upgrade was done.

No way, bro, TM will cut your UniFi if you miss 1 month bill. The credit limit is not for the monthly bill.

I know cause last time I complain to TM why they cut my UniFi when the bill was RM300 while my credit limit was RM400 plus.

But who knows, maybe things have changed for the better.

Sorry, I'm just lazy to copy & paste. Is there an automated way? I remember the forum used to do that automatically where it would merge consecutive posts from the same user into one post.

Nobody asks you to copy and paste and I'm surprised for a 8 year old member is asking this. sweat.gif

LOL, this is embarrassing. Thanks for the tip. I admit I've never read the faq. I've always wondered what that +Quote button was for.

Hi All,

I'm going to move into a new condo at wangsa maju, it is ready with unifi since day 1.

Im not sure if unifi is the best plan for me based on my usage.

Me: playing steam game / dota, was satisfy with 4mb streamyx package that im using currently. That is if im the only user. Is not uncommon for me to download 50GB of game just for testing then delete it a few day after.

GF: streaming tvb drama all day

i dont do upload / download much except downloading new game. my gf only use internet for fb / streaming youtube / tvb drama.

As the cheapest unifi package was RM198, it is barely affordable for us. Not sure if there is cheaper package that is suitable for us base on our need.

Please advice.

call unifi CS or easiest u can tweet thru @tmconnects. I think tmconnects are more reliable since we can show the problem by sending picture. for me laa...but for some of my friend tweet @tmconnects sometimes ignored or couldn't catchup with a lot of tweets to them.

what is your maximum budget actually? the cheapest is around RM186-188 including GST depends on the hypptv package if ruby pack around RM 200 . u can try streamyx 8mb around around 160 ringgit if not mistaken.

why don't you just relocate your service when you can barely afford for the UniFi?
