Yesterday just get Asus RT-N12HP and I did a clean setting by put unifi username and set IPv6,but the problem that I met is it always drop line on mobile and cannot get a full speed or even less than 5mbps on mobile(I use unifi 30 Mbps).besides,wireless network also not stable,always drop line. So what I want to do to resolve the problem?

Got a called last friday to upgrade to 30mb and im agreed to that. How long before my speed will be updated? He told me at least 3 working days, is it correct?
