You used the router as AP connected wirelessly or wired?I have extra routers laying around,feeling to extend my wifi signal.

No what i mean is,between your AP and router,you connect them using wired(LAN) or wirelessly connects both of the device?

Yesterday just get Asus RT-N12HP and I did a clean setting by put unifi username and set IPv6,but the problem that I met is it always drop line on mobile and cannot get a full speed or even less than 5mbps on mobile(I use unifi 30 Mbps).besides,wireless network also not stable,always drop line.
So what I want to do to resolve the problem?

Hi all.. I just happen to receive this mail form UNIFI. What does this means? why got credit limit? i thought its unlimited right?

I not do it right now but I will do it after Chinese New Year so you can give some guide.


And for all guys,I just get a reply call right now that all new upload speed will update before March,so I will understand what they do and I will wait for march

use ur smartphone download wifi analyzer app.. u find which channel in ur nearby area no one use yet

WAN actually and use LAN cable to connect between TM router and my own router.

Sorry, but i don't get it. because i just subscribe to UNIFI 30 not more then 1 month ago. i thought i only need to pay for RM179+gst only monthly.. and its unlimited. Please don't tell me UNIFI got caping already.. Sorry to ask because its my first time paying my own internet service. Hope i can get some clarification here before i call UNIFI..

Credit limit mean if you don't pay you bill,they will count the bill until 507.
Let say your bill is 190 and you not pay it,they will put in next bill and ask you to pay.if you still don't pay until 507,they will potong your line until you pay.hope you can understand

Got a called last friday to upgrade to 30mb and im agreed to that. How long before my speed will be updated? He told me at least 3 working days, is it correct?

Yes, they just remotely modified your user id, change the speed settled.
