it follows the month or billing cycle?

3. How do I earn the 10% cash back?
Just swipe a minimum of any 10 retail transactions monthly (minimum of RM50 per transaction) to activate the 10% cash back on your selected cash back categories.

Calendar month. 1st till the last day of month but bear in mind it is based on posting date. So avoid doing transactions at the last few days of the month. Else there's a risk it may not be posted by last day of the month.

Go Green with e-Statements!

user posted image

Dear Connect users,

In our efforts to ‘’Go Green’’, we will stop sending paper statements for Savings Account/-i, Current Account/-i and Credit/Debit Card effective 1 January 2016. Please join us to conserve the environment by viewing or downloading your e-Statements via Hong Leong Connect instead.

Why go paperless:

• Fast & convenient - View, download or print your bank account statements anywhere, anytime.
• Safe & secure – No risk of wrongly delivered mail.
• Access to statement history – Access up to 12 months statement history. No need to physically file your paper statements.

You can access your statement directly from Hong Leong Connect or follow the steps below to register for email statements:

1. Go to “Statement/Invoice” > “Email Subscription”
3. Click “Statement Subscription”
4. Enter preferred email address
5. Click “Submit”

Thank you.

For Redone mobile payment thru their official selfcare portal (https://login.redone.com.my/selfcare/), it is not under MOBILE category mad.gif. I tested it myself and no category shown in the statement. Planning to MNP to other operator.... hmm.gif

Again, for those wanna to know if CB can use to offset the statement balance, I tested myself and we can do it and HLB won't charge u financial charge. icon_rolleyes.gif

I just got my statement and would like to share with you all hlb is not stupid to give out free money.

1. My card approved on 3Nov, i received my card on 6Nov.

2. I've made 9 x 50 transactions until 17Nov, statement date is out by 18Nov. So I'm not eligible for cash back.

From approved date until my statement date is about 16 days. I supposed the statement date should be 28th of the month, most card issuers have this practise but not hlb.

Do take note for new applicants.
