Meaning calendar month from 1st to last day of the month. All transactions must be posted by last day of the month to be calculated in the some cycle. So don't do transactions at the last few days to avoid any late posting causing you to lose your CB.

I guess, he meant TNB, Astro, TM and TnG reload?

My wise card crack and slight broken, if I call cs request for new card will I get charge for the new card ?

I just got my statement and would like to share with you all hlb is not stupid to give out free money.

1. My card approved on 3Nov, i received my card on 6Nov.

2. I've made 9 x 50 transactions until 17Nov, statement date is out by 18Nov. So I'm not eligible for cash back.

From approved date until my statement date is about 16 days. I supposed the statement date should be 28th of the month, most card issuers have this practise but not hlb.

Do take note for new applicants.

But sometimes your "last" transaction may or may not posted on time, depending on how much you have spend. Like if your cashback already hit rm100, it can be posted as fast as same day(even it is using other bank's terminal) or if cash back is just rm80-90, it may be posted 2-3 days even using HLB's terminal(a myth that Thestore's transaction always will have same date posting since they are using HLB's terminals only)
All merchant sure will do settlement before end of calendar date in order to have the money bank in on the next day. The myth of merchant doing settlement late like what most fanboys that attacked me will always happen in Lowyat forum but not in reality world(unless you have a power substation burnt down near that merchant or some jerks stealing TM's phone lines)

Anyone know why a posting of transaction is delay?
I do transaction on petron on 28 dec. Until today (30-Dec) , not yet posted.
Is this normal? This is my 10th transaction exceed RM50...

since Jompay is "merchantless" and a generic service, there's no "M" in "MCC".
