How to set the sms alert threshold for transaction to be at RM1? Can I sent to HLB customer service email to set for that request? Call CS, told me need to go to branch..

Just found out something for you guys, if you all not already aware...

I swiped ngam ngam 10 times above RM50 (totalled more than RM1,000), but there was also a refund transaction a merchant which is above RM50 (about RM60), and this made me not qualified for the cashback...

they count the reverse transaction as minus 1, so qualified transaction is 9 only.. although i spent a lot.. so end up 0 cash back... wtf....

Guys, I have achieved 10xRM 50 transactions and I have these two transactions:

i) 77.72 for TNB
ii) 39.10 for DiGi

I know if I spend additional RM 5, I will get additional RM 1 of cash back. For my transactions above, I can just pay like normal right? No need to add RM 5, am I right?

Unless I tell my spouse to also adhere to the rule of ending 5 per petrol transaction. Otherwise, it will be difficult to achieve. Maybe I'll do that next month onwards.

I initially also had a struggle on how to set each transaction to be RM50 exact each swipe coz I didn't know how to do that at their pump terminal. After a while only got a hang of it.

some pumps, u can set the amount, but it doesn't stop filling after reaching that set amount

Guys, two queries:

i) I only started receiving my first cash rebate last month and it was RM 60. My statement balance was RM 990. I used it to offset my payment and paid RM 930 today. Is this OK? I remembered seeing it somewhere it reflected as RM 930, therefore I set my reminder for RM 930. Now I went in to HL Connect and saw it as RM 990. Will I be charged with interest?

ii) To check for MCC, can I check with CS even when the transaction is still floating? Or must I wait till it is shown on my HL Connect?

How do you create a HLB Connect online? I am not able to create one with the ATM pin I have created..

Do I need to go to HLB to create a bank account with atm card?
