I just got my Wise card approved today, but sad to see some comments on Unifi not entitled for cash back after read through previous post. If I switch one of my category from utility to grocery, for e.g I could reload touch n go, pay TM/unifi bills. Are there any grocery store accept TNB bills and eligible for cash back?

If I want to avoid paying annual fee, should i cancel it one month prior to my card anniversary or on the anniversary month itself?

I just got my statement and would like to share with you all hlb is not stupid to give out free money.

1. My card approved on 3Nov, i received my card on 6Nov.

2. I've made 9 x 50 transactions until 17Nov, statement date is out by 18Nov. So I'm not eligible for cash back.

From approved date until my statement date is about 16 days. I supposed the statement date should be 28th of the month, most card issuers have this practise but not hlb.

Do take note for new applicants.

It's by calendar month? If that's the case i can still enjoy cash back.

Understand that TnG topup at Sam Groceria got 50cent charge + GST, other payment like utilities, TM got charges or not?

I called HLB CS to make a category switch but was told only effective January 2016 because category switch cut off date is 25 of every month? Is that the case? FAQ mention can switch anytime.
