i got this bad experience, i postpone most of my bill payment to wait for this card arrival, i thought will get it fast, but i receviced this card 3 weeks after sms, and my internet service got bar because of late payment...

call in multiple time, but no help, Hong Leong Bank send this card via normal post, they will take action only if you did not get it after 14 workings days.
*
I got my mach card via poslaju, because i received sms said arrived midvalley, but i went there card still in HQ, so I immediately log complaint to cs and then next day complaint department called me and send me the card via poslaju. you should try it. complaint make them move. icon_rolleyes.gif

For Redone mobile payment thru their official selfcare portal (https://login.redone.com.my/selfcare/), it is not under MOBILE category mad.gif. I tested it myself and no category shown in the statement. Planning to MNP to other operator.... hmm.gif

Again, for those wanna to know if CB can use to offset the statement balance, I tested myself and we can do it and HLB won't charge u financial charge. icon_rolleyes.gif
*
yes, HLB can offset, AmBank also can, many banks can, just several buggy bank like CIMB doesn't allow.

Got from other thread: bnmtelelink@bnm.gov.my
Why did you apply for a Plat HLB Wise? sweat.gif doh.gif

Like I mentioned many times, people can apply and request all they want but at the end, it still falls back to the banks' discretion.
Salary requirement could be just one of the reasons.

My HLB cards only with shared limit 10k when my other cards can give me more than 20k. Oh well, not like it matters to me because I won't spend so much on these two cards.

Higher CL might make your future applications more difficult.
*
My plat was not wise, i just tumpang wise thread
i don't have wise card
mine plat just generic plat
but already hold for many years and cl remain for long
payment record never late pay
several times almost over limit but settle in time
very frust with hlb
if got better card and cl remain same sure terminate all facilities in hlb
including hlib

Of course people want higher la. What are you mumbling about. He already said a few times almost reached limit.

Why are telling about your  other cards summore to irritate him haishh.. if not helping better keep quiet lor
*
it's ok lah, not irritate so much... because my current cl still higher than @fly126 icon_idea.gif

i always swipe for my family, that's why always use it a lot

but since the rejection from hlb, I'll use other cards that give me higher cl such as citi, mbb charge...

fed up with hlb...

currently taking hlb plat, essential and mach... will look for better alternative option hmm.gif hmm.gif

Surprise u don't own wise card shocking.gif
Wise card 10% CB is the highest CB offered so far.
To achieve min 10times xRM50 swipe is kind of troublesome and painful experience.
*
can't achieve 10x 50
and don't want force myself on 10x

I recommend my friends this WISE they also giving same type of feedback. Difficult to get 10X. So I always try to convince them....

To achieve 10x RM50 is easy I think.

Petrol 1 tank per week = 4X, 2 cars in family = 8X

TNB split = 2X
Unifi split = 3X
Celcom/telco = 2X

Others (groceries, restaurants, etc.) = 4X

I am taking Petrol, Dining + free Telco categories. Every month hit 10X no problem.
*
for me

rent room, so tnb not applicable
unifi, don't have, so also not applicable
telco - epp iphone for 24 months, so next 24 months no bill no payment, except installment to bank
petrol rarely pump 50 above, usually 30+
grocery also not much, weekly 20+
may be after marry will get wise, but sure not now

Offer to help your parents pay utility bills. They pay you cash and you pay on-line.
Win-win. Parents no need to go post office / TNB and you get cash back tongue.gif

parents are using their own wise card. shakehead.gif

couple days ago i did the same for my hsbc card just to get their RM25 cash back, and the queue... sweat.gif
