For water utilities SAJ (Syarikat Air Johor), it is confirmed under UTILITIES category if payment thru SAJ official portal http://ebilling.saj.com.my/

For Redone mobile payment thru their official selfcare portal (https://login.redone.com.my/selfcare/), it is not under MOBILE category
 . I tested it myself and no category shown in the statement. Planning to MNP to other operator....  Again, for those wanna to know if CB can use to offset the statement balance, I tested myself and we can do it and HLB won't charge u financial charge.  |
