Please help to unsubscribe/block and refund the money immediately. According to the sms content, it will charge me RM1 WEEKLY for receiving such useless scam.

Dear Maxis,

Though you had assisted to terminate the subscription (23288) on my account, I still keep receiving the SMS from 23288!
Worst still is the latest SMS saying they will renewed the subscription soon!

Please re-check my account on the subscription termination status. DO terminate ALL the 23288 subscription from my account!
I wonder why this kind of simple instruction cannot be carried out effectively?

Dear Maxis, I been receiving this subscription sms from 23238 about 'KPOP Mania' for no reason. Please unsuscribe/block the service and refund to my account. My phone number is 012312xxxx. I am not sure whether there are charges incurred due to this spam but please refund it as this my work number provided by company. Awaiting your reply.

However, there's a new number "23288" which sending the same texts from 23238,

"RM0. Maxis Mobile Paper - Dewi http://mm.net.my/maxnet/wap/adewi To cancel, send STOP ADEWI to 23288"
