Dear Maxis,

I received the same spam SMS from 23288 on 21-Nov-2015.
"RM2. (Excl. GST) M-Novel Fantasi: Successul reg. You will be charged RM2.00/Week. 5-7 MMS/week. To cancel, send STOP AFANTASI3 to 23288."

Immediately I called to Maxis careline 123 to block/unsubscribe the service on the same day.

I was told by CS representative that the 23288 service had been unsubscribed with immediate effect.

However, I still able to receive those MMS from 23288 until now!!!

Kindly help to unsubscribe & block any SMS service from this number 23288.

Dear Maxis,

Though you had assisted to terminate the subscription (23288) on my account, I still keep receiving the SMS from 23288!
Worst still is the latest SMS saying they will renewed the subscription soon!

Please re-check my account on the subscription termination status. DO terminate ALL the 23288 subscription from my account!
I wonder why this kind of simple instruction cannot be carried out effectively?
