All these are just corrective actions, i.e. helping customer to unsubscribe and making refunds to customer ("out of good will??"). What about addressing the root of these problems instead of having customers coming to you to get a solution when they have noticed the problem? What about those customer who did not realized that they are being charged unscrupulously? I've been a victim of such scam before too, and when I ask you guys to show proof that I've made the purchase/subscription, none of you can actually firmly say and convince me that I've made such purchase. What baffles me is that since there are so many complaints on these auto-subscribing scam services, why does Maxis still partner with them to collect these "subscription fees" by billing such fees to our accounts?

Dear Maxis,

Kindly help to unsubscribe & block any SMS service from this number 23268. I received 3 SMS spams from them without any subscribe and it charge me RM2 for receiving each.

Please help to unsubscribe & block and refund the money immediately. According to the sms content, it will charge me RM2 WEEKLY which i already get it 3 times for receiving such useless scam.
