I got sms from 23238 since 21st Nov 2015. I have been charged for RM2/week. I have checked my statement and they did charged me for that.

Kindly help me to unsubscribe the service and refund the money as I never subscribe the service myself. And block it as well.

Dear Maxis,

Kindly help to unsubscribe & block any SMS service from this number 32868. I received a SMS spam from them without any subscribe and it charge me RM1 for receiving it. It send every 2 days.

Please help to unsubscribe/block and refund the money immediately. According to the sms content, it will charge me RM1 Every 2 days for receiving such useless scam.

I have been receiving this message weekly:
RM2. KPOP Mania: Your Subscription is renewed.RM2/wk(Excl.GST).NExt renewal on 3/1/16.To stop, send STOP AKPOPM to 23238.

I have tried sending STOP AKPOPM to 23238 but the reply is 'Short message transfer rejected'.

Please help me to unsubscribe. I did not subscribe to this service..it just keeps coming.

hi maxis I have the same problem. Can you help me to terminate the number 23288(M-Novel Fantasi).They charging me rm2/week for receiving it.thank you for your support.

The scam number is from Maxis and we ask Maxis to stop it. But why it charged user in the first place? RM1 multiply by let say 5 million user base will generate a handsome RM5 million per week for Maxis?

Few years back I've been receiving this kind of problem for months and paid thousands of ringgit on my bills without any refund.

Maybe I'll just wait for bad karma to happen on whoever responsible in robbing me on broad daylight. I'm praying hard for this.

Dear Maxis,

I am also a victim of this spam. I have never consciously subscribed to the service, yet I have been charged RM2 three times so far. Please assist to unsubscribe me and block 23288.

My Maxis account number is 980425961. Affected number is the one ending with ***5453.

Since there are many victims already, why is Maxis not helping to curb this Spam?
