Kindly help to unsubscribe & block any SMS service from this number 23238. On 26 Sept 2015, I receive a SMS spam from them and it charge me RM1 for receiving it.

Please help to unsubscribe/block and refund the money immediately. According to the sms content, it will charge me RM1 WEEKLY for receiving such useless scam.

Good afternoon.
I'd like to ask for help on something.
23288 keeps on sending me the mobile paper kpop texts.
I'm not subscribed to it but i kept receiving the mobile paper kpop things.
And then whenever I checked my credit balance, it would turn up to be decreased in a quite big amount.
I've tried to send STOP to 23288 but still i keep receiving the subscription.
Please help me.

The activation can happen when the user tap or accidentally tap on the ads that appear in the app that was using.
There are 2 ways of activation. It's via SMS and WAP. TQ
