Last month, the group launched Suriaman 2B, 232 units of 22x80 double-storey terraced houses costing between RM608,888 and RM1.35 million. To date, Suriaman 1 (Phases 1 and 2), which comprises 385 units of 22x80 double-storey terraced houses, has been 91% taken up. rclxms.gif

Launches at Bandar Sri Sendayan for the second half of the year include Sendayan MetroPark 3 Retail City (Phase 2), which has a GDV of RM96 million and comprises 87 double-storey 22x75 shopoffices as well as the RM52 million Suriaman Biz, 38 two-storey shopoffices measuring 22x85.

According to Lee, 60% of Bandar Sri Sendayan’s purchasers are from the Klang Valley, a significant increase compared to 40% in 2013. sweat.gif Hope KV people will stay here otherwise another ghost town in the making cry.gif


Lee anticipates the population of Bandar Sri Sendayan, which is currently over 20,000, will grow by 8,000 to 10,000 when the Royal Malaysian Air Force moves from the current base in Sungai Besi to its 750-acre academic and training centre in the township. He says aircraft training will not take place at the new RMAF base, as it is strictly for academic and training purposes.

He says that the move was supposed to take place at the end of this year but has been postponed to the middle or end of next year. “When the RMAF moves to Bandar Sri Sendayan, it will stimulate economic activities in the surrounding areas.” The 750-acre parcel was sold to 1Malaysia Development Bhd in 2011. flex.gif

if not mistake, came across some link that can show recent price per square feet of this place. Do you still keep it, if yes, mind to share it ?

Wonder what will happen during the 6-7 year of waiting for HSR completion

MAB's business class ticket promotion price is RM215 one way, no promotion is RM750+

HSR pricing cheaper than full business price? or cheaper than promotion price?

Would be super expensive for me to pay RM749 one way to go singapore

What would the price for shuttle service from seremban to kl?

Just came back from BSS. Was there yesterday. Visited D'Tempat clubhse & saw the Global Int school building.
Apart from good news of HSR connectivity near BSS, recently Matrix launched 118 units of ds terrace hse abt 440k. Snapped up in 4 days. 1st phase of the the ds shophse about 128 units priced approx 938k. Only 3 units left.
Wonderful place to invest. 7-10 yrs reach maturity. Double & triple yr investment.

Copy this comment from I3investor. Can anyone vouch for this?

Future HSR station will be located within 10km radius and the station will have integration with KTM, bus, taxi. Expected mass development within MVV for the next 10-20 years. As for BSS, forecasted to appreciate when development reaches maturity within the next 5-10 years.
