the main attractive of this project is international school, speed train station (which who want take train everyday, the price of train also not confirm) Compare with NILAI, my personally feel this project lack of selling point.

Talking in term of rental, believe the demand not so high and comparative too.

Sendayan a bit far from KL city and opportunity of work also less, this project very suitable for retirement

HSR is story another 10 years, buy a house now and estimate completed within 3 years, find tenant will be a big challenge in this area.

Other project like Sendayan Tech Valley, still need time to establish.

This transition period may be 5-10 years, buy one property and waiting another 10 years to get return.

Who are investor also will choose potential location within 5 years get return instead of 10 years unknown status project.

Based on Nanyang Siang Pau, HSR Labu will not be built at KTM Labu (10th miles of Labu) or Tiroi (6th miles of Labu) but located between 7th to 9th miles of Labu. Windfall for Sime Darby as that land belong to them, same goes to IJM & Matrix.

根据《南洋商报》探悉,隆新高铁芙蓉站并不会建在现有马来亚铁道公司(KTM)拉务6英里半的迪镭站(Tiroi)与拉务10里的拉务站(Labu),而会在此两站之间辟设一个新的高铁转站(Intermediate Stops),会在7里至9里之间。

由于高铁站附近的地点均为森那美集团(Sime Darby)拥有的油棕园区,在高铁站的择址决定后,该集团将会重新规划该范围区的地段发展,及在该范围区打造综合型城镇发展。

目前,该集团在拉务4里发展Ainsdale城镇(Bandar Ainsdale),该项计划已给拉务区带来翻天覆地的发展,成为继IJM置地发展的芙蓉新城、金群利集团的达城之后,另一个备受瞩目的大型城镇发展策略区。

If based on Ho Chin Soon map, HSR Station is before KTM Labu from BSS direction.
