It seems the news that extreme park will be built in Sendayan is not a rumour. Refer to news below:

It seems like even more investors will set up their factories in techvalley after this. Saw few food industries such as daily bakery and a Yemeni daily products producer.

According to mpn, sendayan will be converted as state admin centre (kompleks pentadbiran kerajaan negeri) but map attached was not clearly visible.
