Fee Structure

1) Individual: RM1,060.00 per term

2) Family: RM2,120 per term

(Principal account holder+spouse+children below 18 years of age)

3) Junior Member: RM424.00 per term

(Above 18 years to 21 years of age)

d’Tempat Country Club’s membership are exclusive for only homeowners and investors of all Matrix Concepts Holdings Berhad’s development areas such as in Bandar Sri Sendayan, Seremban, Kluang and Kuala Lumpur.

At the moment, all homeowners entitled for free membership have been informed by mail on their eligibility to sign up as members. Membership application forms have also been distributed.

They should maintain the clubhouse in tip-top condition as d'Tempat Clubhouse + Matrix Global School is the main attraction for premium buyers.

Any black and white stated it is open to outsiders?

The retail section and restaurants were open to outsiders too from the beginning. Only the free facilities (e.g. gym, pool, badminton court, etc.) were exclusive to members (homeowners that received free membership). And with so many houses in BSS, how do you realistically know which is outsider and which is resident anyway? It's not like you know everyone in the township    So, I don't see any loss in exclusivity based on this.

And when I heard last time that they want to maintain exclusivity for homeowners and earn from the retail, felt quite strange about this strategy. As an outside observer, I feel that opening up is a good move, both for the company, and also for the homeowners. Why? Because company get more money (profit) and also to maintain the quality of the place (benefit the homeowners).

As of today, their website still stated
